I read about this on Michelle's Scrapbility blog and also on Angie Pedersen's blog.Scrapbooks etc Magazine and InXpo are hosting a five day virtual crop with online classes, vendor shopping, an inspirational gallery, and a chat lounge, It starts February 28th and it's only $5 to register: affordable!
It seems to be geared towards traditional scrappers but there are two digital classes offered: "Brushes & Beyond" and "Digital Scrapbooking 101," both taught by Rhonna Farrer.
